Because of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Emergency and State and Federal bans on large meetings or gatherings and pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 220.1 issued on March 12, 2020 suspending the Open Meetings Law, the Comp Plan Update Steering Committee Meeting scheduled for November 23, 2020 will be held electronically via webinar instead of a public meeting open for the public to attend in person. Members of the public may join the meeting by connecting via internet or phone. Meeting details not yet available. Minutes of the Meeting will be posted on the Dryden2045 website.
Community members can access meeting materials including draft goals and strategies through the www.dryden2045.org website by following the “Virtual Public Workshop” link.
Starting January 20th, 2020 at 6pm the Steering Committee will host a series of Virtual Workshops to solicit feedback on the draft goals and strategies. The first workshop will be focused on Affordable Housing and Land Conservation. The Virtual Public Workshops will provide community members with the opportunity to review draft goals and strategies and provide their thoughts, reactions, and ideas on how to refine those goals and strategies for the future of the Town of Dryden community.
