During the past year the Steering Committee for Dryden 2045 has conducted stakeholder focus groups, provided public presentations, and administered a community survey. Based on these interactions the Steering Committee developed preliminary goals and strategies to address the community needs identified through the public input that has been received.
On January 20th, 26th, 27th, and February 10th the Steering Committee hosted a series of Virtual Sessions to solicit feedback on the draft goals and strategies. The Virtual Community Workshops provided community members with the opportunity to review draft goals and strategies and provide their thoughts, reactions, and ideas on how to refine those goals and strategies for the future of the Town of Dryden. Six thematic areas were identified by the Town. Each session focused on two of the six thematic areas as follows:
Session 1, January 20th: Affordable Housing and Land Conservation
